Put it where their old bowl was, leave the old bowl next to it for the first week, and let them find it on their own terms. Nearly all of them switch within a few days. If yours is still avoiding it after two weeks, send it back.

It runs at 25 dB. For reference, a fridge hum is around 60 and a whisper is around 40. You'll hear the water more than the pump, and most people stop noticing it within a day. If it ever gets louder, the pump needs a rinse, not replacing.

Rinse everything, fit the filter, fill to the line, charge it or plug it in, done. Under five minutes out of the box. Run it for an hour before you let your cat near it so the filter settles.

No, and that's deliberate. The top lifts straight off, and none of them have hidden channels you need a brush for. A full clean takes about two minutes and you should do it weekly.

Every 4 to 6 weeks for one cat, closer to 4 with two or more. If the water looks cloudy or the flow drops off, change it early.

Not constantly. You can put it wherever your cat actually drinks rather than next to a power point. Leave it plugged in if you'd rather it run continuously.

Yes, though a mat underneath is worth it. Cats flick water when they drink and it ends up on the floor either way. A cheap silicone mat catches it.

Away from their food. Cats prefer their water at a distance from where they eat, which is one of the reasons a bowl next to the food bowl gets ignored. Somewhere they already spend time, not a corner they never visit.

Twelve months on the pump and motor, which is the only part likely to fail. If it stops running in that time we replace it. This is on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which we can't and don't limit.
